ReverseMortgageKingston.ca is owned by Dominion Lending Centres Homestead Financial (Ontario brokerage licence #11711). In short, this website collects only what readers choose to send through the free estimate form.

What this website collects

• Just the estimate form. It is the one place on these pages where you can leave your name, email, phone number or address. There are no accounts.
• Nothing from the tools. The Kingston calculator and the ten-question fit check run inside your browser. What you type stays on your device and is gone when you leave the page.
• Basic server logs. Cloudflare, which hosts the website, records routine technical details such as which page was requested and when, for security and reliability.

When you click an estimate button

On the estimate form you tell the brokerage about the home (its value and anything owing on it, such as a mortgage, liens or other debts), your age, what the money would be for, and how to reach you: name, email, phone number and the home's address. As you type the address, Google's address lookup suggests matches.

Once you press send, those answers and a few technical details (the sending page, device type, internet address and time zone) go into the brokerage's own client records. They are used to prepare your estimate and to contact you as you asked, under Canada's private-sector privacy law (PIPEDA).

If you email, call or text

Your message is used to reply to you, and to arrange a mortgage only if you ask for that. The brokerage keeps it safe as a licensed Ontario brokerage must, and under PIPEDA, Canada's privacy law for private businesses.
