These terms apply to anyone reading or using ReverseMortgageKingston.ca, a website owned by Dominion Lending Centres Homestead Financial (licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, brokerage licence #11711).

## Information, not personal advice

These pages explain how reverse mortgages and other options usually work for Kingston homeowners. None of it is legal, tax or financial advice for your own case.

Every reverse mortgage in Canada requires you to see a lawyer who acts only for you before it closes. All four lenders insist on it.

## Figures change

Rates, fees, home values and government programs move over time, which is why each page dates its figures and lists its sources. On any real mortgage, the lender's written offer, built on its own appraisal, is what counts.

## An estimate is not an approval

Figures from the Kingston calculator or the estimate form are estimates. Approval is the lender's decision, made after it reviews your full application.

## Other websites

Links to the City of Kingston, the Ontario government, Statistics Canada and the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association let you confirm a figure at its source. The brokerage does not run or control those websites.
